CAPAN & BORDES is an independent appraisal firm providing valuations of real estate, founded in Nice in 1995 by Gérard CAPAN, and currently directed by Sandrine BORDES. Deeply attached to the quality of our work, our firm carries out real estate assessments involving valuation of all kinds of real estate assets and rights.
Our experts are capable of valuating all kinds of real estate assets (residential, commercial, corporate) whatever their category, but also real temporary property rights and incorporeal rights.
Our work is carried out in conformity with recommendations in the "Charte de l’Expertise en évaluation immobilière" (Charter for Expertise in Real Estate Valuations), the "European Valuation Standards" published by TEGoVA, the Red Book of the RICS, and also in compliance with legal practices.
The cost of an appraisal is determined depending on the degree of the file's technical complexity, the time the expert will need to devote to it, but never to correspond to the asset's value or the file's financial implications.
